Just got back from NY city. I had to sleep for 2 days to recover. I'll post some of the interesting sights I was witness to while there. You'll find some in scraps cause they are just snap shots.
Still feeling a bit brain numb. I'm just not that big of a city girl. I don't know how people live in such close proximity to one another.
Now I want to go make stuff.
Life has been on a fast track for the past few months and doesn't show signs of letting up any time soon, so my apologies to all for my lack of comments. I just have enough time to breeze through and take a peak then I am off to the big ride called work again.
Was in Boston a few weeks ago. Took time to go to the museums at Harvard. I had no idea that they housed sooooo many paintings that I have spent a good part of my life studying. I can unashamedly say I was made weak in the knees and left shaking like a little school girl after seeing Franz Marcs Three Horses. I simply didn't expect to walk around a corner and find myself facing that!
Currently, we're trying to get her to take down her art or atleast ask for permission to use it and give credit, but unfortunately she is a complete idiot.
just had to say something:
your work is absolutely amazing.
i love it.
have not yet gotten through your gallery (need to take time with each work..but-from what i've seen-just-strong stuff.)
