We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. I was afraid it was going to be too much, but I think it makes more of a statement with the colors of mud and blood. I especially like the drip that runs to and from his eye like a tear.

The wrist modelling looks a little like a crumpled newspaper which is well with the subject matter, also the fact that he doesnt know that he is being Hit on the Head and is actually bleeding from the assualt expresses perfectly how we react to the media today. The fact that apathy has replaced expression of pain is really what you have expressed so well in this painting.
Well done again, much better outcome than I expected. I liked the first posting so much I didnt think you'd be able to modify it to the better. I was wrong.

You may notice it is a larger format this time ( just in case you wonder), I scanned the first time around and I just got a better camera and was able to shoot it in its entirety.
